Barely a day after reports emerged that President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee party is plotting to sack Senate Minority Leader Kipchumba Murkomen, more leaders have waded into the debate.
Earlier on Wednesday, North Mugirango MP Joash Nyamoko said the move could further wretch the party beyond repair.
"We could be having issues but we should not be reactionary. Some of these issues can be solved at PG," he said.
In Nairobi, Rift Valley leaders had reportedly summoned Murkomen, and reports indicate he could be kicked out as regional PG spokesman.
Former Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire who also doubles as ODM treasurer however says that Murkomen could be politicizing a sensitive matter.
"I don't want to poke nose into Jubilee affairs but I think he should not use sensitive matters like war against corruption to pass a political message," he said.
Ex-Nyamira gubernatorial candidate Walter Nyambati added: "We have our internal issues and there are channels we should follow. I however wish him well."
A NASA legislator confirmed on Wednesday that a section of Jubilee senators have already mobilised opposition team to help them evict the outspoken senator.
Lately, Murkomen has been accusing the office of the president for allegedly plotting to block DP Ruto from ascending to power.
