City lawyer Donald Kipkorir has hit out at Deputy President William Ruto’s camp, saying that they have mastered the art of cheap politics.
In a tweet on Monday, the lawyer asked the leaders of Tangatanga faction of Jubilee party to come clean on how much they are paid to abuse or call Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) names.
He also said that the leaders have been on the forefront in waging war against the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) because it is associated with Raila Odinga.
“TangaTanga Politicians must publish their 2022 Letters of Engagement for all to read .. It seems they can’t be paid their weekend emoluments unless they name & abuse Raila Odinga, rubbish the Handshake & BBI and support Punguza Mizigo ... What a cheap & degrading life to live,” Kipkorir tweeted.
The remark comes after DP Ruto said a referendum is a waste of time and resources.
He argues that Raila wants to use referendum to scuttle his 2022 plans.
"It is only this man of vitendawili (parables) who wants laws to be changed and that is why he has come up with Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) which is tiring Kenyans by asking them questions which can't help them solve their problems," said Ruto as quoted by Daily Nation.
