Former Kabondo Kasipul MP Silvance Osele broken silence after he was involved in a road accident in Kakamega County on Wednesday.
The former politician said that he is out of danger following the accident, which left him with injuries on different parts of his body.
He also asked Kenyans to pray for him during this moment of trial. He has since been transferred Aga Khan Hospital, Kisumu for further treatment.
“I am out of danger and I remain hopeful that I will get discharged soon. Surviving the accident was God’s miracle,” he said, during an interview with Citizen Digital.
The former politician also said that the seat belts saved his life, and urged road users not to ignore safety rules whenever they are traveling.
The former lawmaker now serves as a director at the Presidential Delivery Unit.
He was driving on his way to Western Kenya Region to where he was expected to inspect various ongoing government projects before he was involved in the accident.
He was traveling also his brother and the other two occupants.
The other survivors are also out of danger. Kenyans have continued to wish him well after he was involved in the incident on that fateful day.
