Former Machakos Senator Johnstone Muthama has disclosed the excuse Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka will give concerning his "mtu wa mkono" remarks.
Muthama said the former Vice President will liken his political situation to the Biblical Joshua.
"I know Kalonzo's excuse for his remarks. He will say he is Joshua expecting to be handed the mantle of leadership by Moses after his work is done," Muthama said.
He spoke at a burial ceremony in AIC Matungulu, Kangundo Sub-county on Sunday.
Muthama insisted that the Ukambani political kingpin should explain to his supporters what he meant with his "mtu wa mkono" remarks.
He rubbished claims that Kalonzo had consulted the party's National Executive Council before his utterances.
"Kalonzo has gotten a position that has to do with peace and he is making strides. We have no problem with that, the problem is with his supporters who are confused with what is happening," he said.
Muthama said he has been receiving countless calls from people asking him to explain Kalonzo's utterance at his father's burial.
"I have been receiving calls and I have no answers, only Kalonzo can answer that. I'm sure he will soon," Muthama said.
