Former Jubilee interim vice-chairperson David Murathe has declared war with deputy president William Ruto.
He claimed Mr.Ruto had amassed enough wealth through looting of public coffers.
Posting a series of messages on his Facebook page, Murathe noted that him together with other like-minded Kenyans are ready to wage war against Mr.Ruto, who is a threat to Kenya's economic development.
In one of his posts, he blamed the deputy president for bringing the country's economy to its knees by making a killing through stealing of public resources to enrich himself.
He further wrote that they would ensure that they fight the deputy president wherever he(Ruto) will be.
Part of the post read, "We will fight him in all corners, on the land, on air and even in the sea."
He added, "he has looted enough."
Murathe in another post stated that Ruto was a thorn in the flesh for the country because the economic woes being experienced are attributed to his looting spree.
"William Samoei Ruto is the biggest problem, economic problem that this country is facing," said Murathe.
For the country's economy to revert back to normalcy, Murathe suggests that the deputy president must be forced to return what he has stolen.
He argued, "He should surrender his looted billions in his accounts to save this country from the economic burden."
