Kisii County ODM leader Samuel Omwando said the rebel selfish leaders should be shown the door.

"There is no need to have mercy on the politicians who went against the party rules and regulations. I support ODM party's Disciplinary Committee for recommending the expulsion of the leaders from the party," he said.

He reiterated that other leaders with intentions to go against the party should learn a lesson once the leaders are expelled completely.

"ODM party should remain strong ahead of the 2022 polls. Expulsion of rebel politicians will bring sanity to the party and make operations and leadership of the party easy," he noted.

Kefah Moenga, ODM youth leader lauded ODM party for taking a bold measure.

"Jumwa and her rebel colleagues should be kicked out of the party. We better have few people in the party with respect," he said.

Thomas Nyamote, ANC party politician warned Raila against mistreating leaders.

"ODM party doesn't value democracy. This is not the time for politics. Expelling the leaders shows the dictatorship in ODM party," he noted.
