A smile is one of the things that people appreciate on your face. White clean teeth support this welcoming gesture. Unfortunately, some of you have stained teeth that spoil your smile. For some unlucky cases, genetics are the reasons your teeth are stained. However, others spoil the smile with excess smoking, skipping brushing and chewing tobacco. 1. Beets
Beets can easily stain you when you use them for cooking. Eating them stains your teeth. The bad news that their stains are stubborn to remove. You are advised to eat them in moderation to avoid enamel stains.
2. Curry
If you consume curries for long, your teeth are likely to turn yellow. Curry powder is among the most used spices. To avoid them altering your smile, include enough water in meals that contain curry. Alternatively, you can add more vegetables and fruits.
3. Berries
Berries will affect your teeth in a similar manner to how red wine does. Regulate intake of blackberries, raspberries and summery blueberries. You can control them by taking plenty of water while eating them and after.
4. Balsamic vinegar
This salad ingredient is deeply colored and is acidic. You are advised to use it alongside vegetables like kales to block their staining capabilities. However, you can replace it if you get a better alternative.
