Mukunya died Friday morning after he was involved in a road accident in Nyeri.

Nyeri Base Commander Castarais Mugo said the judge was driving his vehicle when he lost control and rammed into a canter.

His body was removed from the wreckage and taken to Nyeri General Hospital mortuary.
