Singer Esther Akothee has revealed that she is yet to release any collabo with a Kenyan artiste because she is afraid of scandals.
Speaking during an interview, Akothee said that the Kenyan entertainment sector is full of scandals and she doesn’t want to be part of any of them.
She said that most of the women in the industry had been lured to engage in affairs with producers and promoters among other people in order to thrive in the sector.
Akothee said that she is too old to date and urged men to go for her daughters and not her.
“People keep asking me why I haven’t collaborated with local artistes but I am scared of a scandal as I am already a moving scandal…I am not dating anyone, I am already old and I have many children. Start dating my daughters,“ she revealed.
The singer also said that she is a strong woman and nothing scares her in the industry despite the numerous challenges she faces on a daily basis. The lotto hitmaker further challenged women to rise up and fight for what rightfully belongs to them in the entertainment and other sectors of the economy.
