Building Bridges Initiative team will after all organise independent forums across the country in their second round of collecting views.
Already, politicians are divided in the ongoing BBI sensitisation campaigns, which are spearheaded by ODM leader Raila Odinga.
Politicians allied to Deputy President William Ruto have expressed reservations in the campaigns, accusing Raila of using them to drive his 2022 agenda.
But on Friday, Busia Senator Amos Wako said the BBI team will take low profile and move to every region to collect views.
While underscoring the importance of ongoing political sensitisation, Wako also said that everyone is free to join the team led by Raila in Mombasa on Saturday.
"Anyone who wishes to go to Mombasa is allowed because inclusivity is the Key. So let us all feel included in the initiative," Wako said.
"BBI steering committee will hold meetings all over the country and they will remain low key because we want to obtain views on our recommendations from the public so we can convert them into constitutional amendments for a referendum," he said.
President Uhuru Kenyatta gazetted the BBI team a fortnight ago and they are expected to start moving around the country to collect views in February.
