According to the lawmaker, he campaigned thoroughly to win the elections.

"I campaigned strategically like my opponents and managed to beat all of them. I did not get sympathy votes as it is being claimed. People saw me going around villages to campaign until I won the votes. My critics should stop propaganda," he said.

He maintained that he sold his development ideas to be people thus convincing them to vote for him.

Osoro said his rivals had no development ideas to sell to the people something that saw them losing terribly.

"Let it be known that my rivals lost because they had poor strategies and inadequate development ideas to sell to people. I beat them because I organized myself well to win the hearts of people. I was not elected because of being an orphan," stated the vocal lawmaker.

The legislator wondered why his political rivals are focused on spreading lies.

He was speaking over the weekend at St. Theresa's Manga Parish in Kitutu Chache North Constituency, Kisii County.
