Rose Mueni, the ex-wife of Quincy Timberlake, has spoken out ahead of Esther Arunga's sentencing by an Australian court.

In an exclusive interview with K24, Mueni said that Quincy did not give her any indications that he was romantically involved with Arunga while they were married.

"It was hard understanding what had happened. Quincy had not given any indications that he was having an affair while we were married. When the two moved and settled in Australia, I figured that Quincy had closed the chapter between us and so I decided to move on, " Mueni recounted.

Despite leaving her for the former high-flying journalist, Mueni says that she holds no grudge against her ex-husband.

She believes that the characterization of Quincy on the media is overblown saying that the man she knew as her husband was totally different from the man in the media.

Mueni and Quincy have three children together aged 18, 15, and 13. The children according to Mueni are traumatized with the current events happening to their father in Australia.

An Australian court established that Quincy fatally punched in the stomach and slammed against the wall his three-year-old son.

Arunga, a former journalist and trained lawyer is set to know her fate on Thursday after being found guilty of lying about the circumstances of the death of her son.

Media reports indicate that she could face 25 years behind bars for being an accomplice to murder.
