A 75 year old woman from Kapsita village in Elburgon, Molo is crying for justice after Police refused to arrest a chang'aa brewer who assaulted her.
Alice Njambi was attacked by a bar maid when she went to fetch her husband from the den he was drinking in.
Njambi who for now is seeking for justice says that police officers has been tossing her between Kapsita AP camp, Elburgon and Molo Police Stations.
"I had gone to look for my husband in a chang'aa den in Kapsita where I found a lady (brewer) and a man. The two beat me, stole my Sh3,000 before sending me away,” Njambi told journalists outside Elburgon Police Station on Thursday.
She says that Kapsita Location Chief had given her a letter instructing the Elburgon Police Station officers to help her but that did not yield fruits.
"I went to Elburgon Police station as advised by my area chief, Elburgon Police told me to go to Molo Police station. Molo police sent me back to Kapsita and up to now they have not helped,” said Njambi.
