"The boy was a candidate waiting to sit for national examinations next week. On Friday he complained of body pains and the school principal called his parents who rushed him to the hospital. He was admitted but died today morning," said Ogur.
Ogur urged parents to notify schools about the medical conditions of their children.
This is so that they could be kept under watch and be attended to anytime they get sick.
"It's good for parents to notify schools their children have underlying conditions so as to avoid a case like this because the school will be always alert and take the necessary action needed.
