"Relax Wakili. I was referring to Kabura, not Madam. Don't mix me up with King Kaka. Ni sori," he posted.

Kuria had said that President Uhuru Kenyatta had proven that NYS was doing well following a series of reforms until he brought on board a woman. The remarks which were seen to target Waiguru angered several leaders from different factions.

“I sympathize with President Kenyatta. If there was a project that could have transformed Kenya more than the Big 4 combined it was the NYS as originally designed? The President meant well. Till he entrusted the program to ***,” he said

Nandi Hills Member of Parliament Alfred Keter is among those who came forth with their guns blazing after the incident.

"Moses Kuria just referred to a woman leader as a ***. Leadership shouldn't lose its meaning this fast for the sake of pleasing presidential hopefuls. Dignity must reign," he posted.
