Makueni Senator Mutula Kilonzo Junior has hit out at Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria over his remarks on the brutal murder of Former Independent Electoral and Boundaries (IEBC) ICT expert Chris Msando.
In a tweet on Monday, Kilonzo said that it is too late for the lawmaker to do talk about this issue. He questioned why Kuria decided to remain silent at the time when Kenyans wanted to know the truth following the mysterious death of the ICT guru.
"It is out of order, insensitive and careless for Hon Kuria to continue talking about Msando’s death in such a perfunctory manner. If he has any information as he purports to, he will ultimately tell us why he didn’t disclose earlier," he tweeted.
Kuria had said that he is tired of persons linking him to the death of Msando yet he had no hand in the same. In a press conference at Parliamentary Buildings on Monday, he warned that he will take legal action against those who will defy the demand.
"I must now say enough is enough. I really want to bring this matter to an end. Any further linkage of my name to the disappearance will be dealt with by the courts," he said.
