Police in Kathiani have began investigations to unravel the mystery surrounding the death of a middle-aged man who was found dead in Katunga forest on Thursday.
According to Kathiani Sub County police commander Lazarus Tarus, the body was discovered by members of the public who raised an alarm.

Tarus said the man had no single document that could identify him, adding that he had injuries at the back of his head, and indication that he may have been hit with a blunt object.
"He was killed somewhere else and his body dumped into this forest by his perpetrators, he had an injury at the back of his head," said Tarus on phone.
He divulged that police are working around the clock to ensure that the perpetrators are brought to book.
