Education cabinet secretary Prof George Magoha is set to release the results of KCSE 2019 today.
The 2019 KCSE exams began on Monday, November 4, 2019 across the country, with 699,745 candidates writing the tests.
The exams were tightly monitored by the Kenya National Examinations Council (Knec) and security agencies to keep off malpractices.
The awaited statement to release the test arrived soon after the Kenya national examination council department completed their evaluation exercise.
This year's examinations were partially characterized by protests from examiners who decried poor pay and bad working conditions.
The government pays the markers per script they attend to. But apparently, after the go slow, teachers resumed continued with the marking exercise to completion.
Upon the release of the examinations, members of the public shall be issued with a short SMS code which they will use to get KCSE results.
