The Chinese government is building a hospital that will reportedly take at most six days to be completed, the Metro publication has reported.
A number of machines have been dispatched to Wuhan, the centre of the novel Coronavirus outbreak, and are hard at work to ensure that the hospital will be completed on schedule as planned.
The 1000 bed capacity hospital will be constructed using prefabricated parts which will be assembled on the site of the construction, the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) reports.
Authorities say the hospital will help reduce the pressure on health facilities.
This will not be the first time that the Chinese have built a health facility in a matter of days.
In 2003, they built a hospital within 7 to help cope with the SARS virus.
"China has a record of getting things done fast even for monumental projects like this," Yanzhong Huang, a senior fellow for global health at the Council on Foreign Relations says as quoted by the BBC.
This comes as Chinese authorities work to contain the Coronavirus that, according to media reports, has killed tens of people and sickened 800.
Travel restrictions have been imposed on Wuhan, where the virus was first reported.
