Tanasha is probably a few days if not hours away from bringing to the world her baby boy.

The pregnancy journey has not been a walk in the park for the NRG Radio presenter. Mothers can understand what this is all about.

It should be noted that this is Tanasha's first pregnancy.

The 22-year-old has been facing key challenges with her nine months journey.

In most cases, she has been finding time for live Instagram videos where she has been sharing some of them as she has been facing, in the process seeking experienced mothers' pieces of advice.

Some of key challenges she has been facing include:

1. Heartburn

Last week, she shared on Instagram stories about heartburn before she asked for help. Studies show that heartburn happens because progesterone, the hormone that relaxes muscles in pregnancy, also relaxes the stomach valve that keeps acid out of the oesophagus thus the feeling of heartburn.

2. Peeing every time.

At one point during a live video, Tanasha talked of peeing each and every time. She was, however, loving the problem.

"I am at a stage whereby I'am literally peeing every freaking 10 minutes. Annoying but I love it," she noted.

Studies show that increased peeing for pregnant mothers is mainly because the blood flow to the woman's kidneys increases by up to 35 to 60 per cent.

Another problem she encountered which is not actually related to pregnancy is concealing it.

She managed to corneal it for seven good months. She said it was not easy to do that considering she was to ensure the baby is safe in the process of hiding it.
