The song is a combination of romance and club banger as the artistes tried to maintain their identity style of music. Two members of Ethic Entertainment; Reckles and Zilla Dropa were, however, missing from the song.

Kenyans online expressed mixed reactions on the song where a good number of them seemed to believe the song was a total disappointment, especially from Ethic Entertainment’s side.

The fans questioned the absence of Reckles whom they believed was the pillar of the band. In most of their songs, Reckless is the one who starts the song. His absence from the band was, therefore, extremely conspicuous.

Others criticised the band for trying to change the style of music for which they are known for.

A section of the netizens, nonetheless, went ahead to congratulate Ethic Entertainment for rising up so fast to the extent of releasing a song with Otile who is an established artiste.

The song was Otile's project under his new record label; Just in Love music.
