The postmortem exercise of Joyce Syombua and her two children who were killed by a KDF soldier in Nanyuki has kicked off today at Nanyuki Teaching and Referral Hospital mortuary in Laikipia County. As reported by the daily nation, the government chief pathologist Dr Johansen Oduor together with the detectives arrived at the morgue ready for the autopsy examination.Joyce Syombua and her two children, Shanice and Prince Michael bodies were found buried in an old cemetery in Nanyuki on Saturday days after the three went missing. The postmortem exercise of the three bodies was to be carried out yesterday but was postponed to allow the detectives to have a good time to carry out their investigations into the murder of the three. Major Peter Mugure who is the prime suspect of the murder together with the Laikipia Airbase casual worker Collins Pamba were arraigned in Nanyuki law court and were detained for 21 days as they wait for police officers to finalize their investigationThe three were reported missing on 27th October days after visiting Major Mugure’s home in Laikipia Airbase Barracks.
