Vincent Musyoka, the Mwala MP, on Saturday, said the BBI report has not defined on how poll losers will concede defeat and move on.

According to him, Deputy President William Ruto will beat Mr Odinga in 2022 polls and now wants the BBI team to come with a clause that will compel him to concede.

The first-term MP also asked politicians to support the BBI recommendations through a Parliamentary initiate.

"In 2022, DP William Ruto will face Raila Odinga. He will definitely beat him. In the BBI, I am not seeing a clause which will prevent Raila from causing chaos," he said.

"I have read the BBI but I cannot see a tsunami. He said tsunami will sweep William but fortunately, he's here with us. There is nothing new in BBI. It's what we already have," he added.

Two groups have emerged after the launch of the BBI report. Dr Ruto's team wants the recommendations to be subjected to Parliament.

On the other hand, Mr Odinga wants the exercise to be owned by the people, insisting that it must go for a referendum.

“The process must be people-owned; it must not be taken to Parliament,” Odinga said.

“Parliament is not going to discuss the BBI report. Ruto will buy all the members. The only court where we will get justice is the court of common wananchi,” Simba Arati added.
