The former Machakos Senator is one of the politicians seen as the favourite to win the Machakos gubernatorial seat in 2022. He is a man who for sure Wavinya Ndeti will be worried off if he joins the race of seeking the Wiper party ticket. This is by the fact that Muthama has a huge number of followers in the county and defeating him in nomination will be a mountain to climb for the former MP.
Benard Kiala
The former Machakos deputy governor is no doubt one of the politicians who will give Wavinya Ndeti a run for her money in Wiper party nomination ticket. Despite backing out of the race in 2017 elections, Kiala still has huge followers in the county. His experience in county politics will might him in defeating Wavinya Ndeti in party nomination and win the ticket.
