Machakos Governor Dr. Alfred Mutua has said that is political outfit Maendeleo Chap Chap has emerged as the fastest growing party in the recent times.
While congratulating the MCA-elect for Mutungoni ward, Kitui County, Musee Mati, Mutua said that the party has shown clearly that it is growing. He noted that people from the region have embraced the ideologies.
The second-time governor said that the win of the party is a clear indication that things have changed, adding that he is becoming more powerful in the region with time.
“Maendeleo Chap Chap Party is committed to providing visionary leadership across the County, through our current leaders in various County Assemblies, Parliament and is one of the fastest growing political parties in Kenya and which will certainly be a force to reckon with in 2022.”he said.
He also promised to support the elected MCA to deliver on his promises. He lauded him for the hard work he had shown during the campaigns and said he was the right choice for the people of the ward.
“As the Party Leader, I assure the people of Mutungoni that they made the right choice in electing Hon. Mati and I pledge my continued support to him as he shares our party ideologies for the good of the people who he will serve.”
