Kisii County Jubilee Party Youth Secretary-General Isaac Motari opined that BBI will end up becoming a political outfit which Raila Odinga will use ahead of the 2022 polls.

Motari who has declared interest to run for Bomariba ward MCA seat in 2022 appealed to youthful politicians not to back the BBI.

"Kenyans need to be told the truth about the BBI. This is a political outfit in waiting which Raila will use in 2022. It is high time political leaders who have the interests of Kenyans at heart to ensure BBI does not sail through," he said at Gesero Market on Sunday.

The vocal politician confirmed that he will not back the BBI because its main purpose is to create more positions in government.

Motari challenged Raila to consider exiting politics due to his old age and enjoy his benefits.

"As much as Kenyans respect Raila, it is also important to remind him that he has hit retirement age and he should rest to enjoy his pension well. Let him stop competing with the same politicians he mentored," stated Motari.
