Kenyans of goodwill wished the lawmaker quick recovery, and sent him messages of encouragement after he left the country for treatment.
During his stay in Europe, Okoth was visited by several leaders who wished him a quick recovery.
While sharing his experience, Okoth noted that the battle with cancer has not been easy, adding that Kenyans should go for early screening in the battle against the disease.
