Daily Nation reports that the governor resolved to make the changes for better service delivery.

The first time governor fired four of the executives in the recent reshuffle as his fate hangs in balance after the Members of the County Assembly (MCAs) impeached him from office.

He relieved his economic advisor Sylvester Mwaliko and County Chief of Staff Philemon Mwaisaka of their duties.

Others whose fate remains unknown are Infrastructure Executive Houston Mombo and his Education Counterpart Frank Mwangemi.

Before he was appointed in the Education docket, Mwangemi served the county government as the CEC health.

The administration of the county boss has been put on the spot for poor service delivery.

The health docket has been mentioned among the worst performing departments in the county government.

The delivery of services at the county government had remained at a standstill after the governor rooted for its dissolution. The move came after he differed with the MCAs on the financial budget.

The governor wrote to President Uhuru Kenyatta requesting him to dissolve the county government to pave way for a new leadership following the disagreement with the MCAs.
