Comedian Eric Omondi will perform on the same stage with Bongo star Diamond Platnumz in Uganda next Thursday.
Omondi took to his Instagram wall to share the news with his Ugandan fans.
"UGANDAAAA!!! YOU ARE IN MY PRAYERS. THIS IS A BIT TOO MUCH!!! AFRICA'S FUNNIEST MAN AND AFRICA'S LION!!! NEXT THURSDAY GET READY FOR THE SHOW OF A LIFETIME. MEANWHILE KISUMU MOI STADIUM THIS SATURDAY," said Eric Omondi.
According to a schedule Diamond Platnumz shared on his Instagram wall, he will be performing in various cities across the world with many of them being outside Tanzania.
He will be performing in Kampala Uganda on July 25th.
The two are close friends who have shared various things together.
Recently, the comedian was the MC at a birthday event Diamond held for his lover, Tanasha Donna and his mother, Mama Dangote.
Diamond, who last performed in Kenya in 2018 during his Wasafi Festival 2018 didn't include Kenya in his worldwide tour.
Having had a wide fan base in the country, and even dating Tanasha, a Kenyan, Diamond's exclusion of Kenya in his schedule wasn't received well by his fans in the country.
