Controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna has claimed that the wedding of Kirinyaga governor Anne Waiguru and City Lawyer Kamotho Waiganjo which took place on Saturday is a planned political strategy that involves president Uhuru Kenyatta.
Miguna who in 2017 unsuccessfully vied for the Nairobi gubernatorial seat, shared a tweet on Sunday suggesting that the marriage was political.
“MAFIA PLAN Prof. Kagwanja to Despot Kenyatta: Marry out @AnneWaiguruto Waiganjo and make her the con-man's running mate. Muhoho Kenyatta: Yes, Kamwana. We must do everything to retain power within the House of Mumbi. Nancy Gitau: When do we Saitoti Ruto? Despot: Done!” he tweeted.
Miguna who is known for being controversial had also earlier on sarcastically attacked Raila Odinga for attending the wedding.
“Congratulations, The People's Con-Man, Raila Odinga, for having been appointed by Tyrant Uhuru Kenyatta as the official Kikuyu NGURARIO collector. Among Indians, that job was reserved for the ENUCH. Among Luos, it is for the Village Buoch. It is a LOUD FALL,” he said in a tweet.
President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila were among prominent politicians who attended Waiguru’s traditional wedding that was held at Kamugumo Primary School in Ngariama, Gichugu Constituency.
