The past few weeks have not been easy ones for gospel artist Willy Paul.
He lost two dancers in a month. The two were friends. The first to pass away was Val Aura Werunga who died after sustaining serious injuries in an accident while travelling from a gig in Nakuru.
A few days after the burial of Val, her friend Joan Charles also from the same dance crew passed away. The two coincidentally died in separate road accidents.
The two painful deaths have brought Sikireti hit-maker Willy Paul under attack as a section of social media users are accuse him of joining Illuminati. According to them, the two deaths were as a result of Willy Paul joining the dark world.
"Illuminati is real people, young people not all that glitters is gold 💯 2 dancers, accident really?" One fan with the user name of Ciara.mae commented on Willy Paul's post.
The artist who had gone silent after the tragic deaths has been forced to speak out after the growing allegations. He posted a long message explaining the pain he was going through after the loss.
"It's a new year with new blessings but I've faced a lot of challenges and fights so far.. Unknowingly to my enemies that this is the most painful season in my musical life 😭😭 Loosing close friends that i count as my family coz they believed in my dream even before kafunguke..
"Nimekuwa najifungia kwa nyumba nalia a whole day but nkirudi online napatana na propaganda na story chafu about the death of my two female dancers," part of the Instagram post read.
Some of the fans have however sympathized and mourned with him.
