In the track released last week, the rapper accuses Kenyans of making wrong electoral decisions, hence their problems, and directly accuses some leaders of involvement in graft.

However, Anyonka argued that suing the rapper will be difficult because he is using information already in the public domain.

"About Waiguru, this information is in the public domain. Itakuwa vigumu sana kumpin down (it will be very hard pinning him down)," he said on Radio Maisha's Bunge La Maisha on Monday morning.

He also noted that this being art, where the rapper has also deployed a rich sheng' vocabulary to send out his message, he is to a large extent fortified.

The vocal lawyer further noted that no serious politician mentioned in the song will be seek to engage the rapper in a court case, to avoid appearing guilty.

He noted that the rapper addresses the real issues eating up the society and has also been embraced by Kenyans, and suing him will attract anger from the public.

"Kenyans have embraced him and any intelligent politician will avoid a fight with him. (Wakenya wamemkubali na mwanasiasa mwerevu attavoid sana kumpiga)," he added.
