Controversial singer Esther Akoth famously known as Akothee seems to have temporarily relocated to France.
The singer hinted on her Instagram account that she has taken a break from the heat of the Kenyan showbiz and will be staying in France for several months.
“I am enrolling for my French classes, driving school, gym and Zumba classes. Kenya catch you in September so I can give you more headache,” Akothee posted on Instagram.
True to her word, she went ahead to enrol at a driving school as her daughter Fancy Makadia teaches her a little bit of French.
The mother of five also said she learning a few survival skills in the capital city of France.
“Learning a few tricks of Paris survival with my daughter, just in case we don’t have cars or can’t afford taxi anymore,” she said in the Instagram post.
Her daughter’s admission at a French University may be one of the reasons that informed the artist’s decision to move to France.
While in France, Akothee is set to make several international performances including one in Switzerland dubbed 'Akothee Charity Concert white and Gold party' and another one in Dubai called 'One Africa Music Fest'.
