Passaris joined active politics in 2007.
The Nairobi women representative schooled at Aga Khan academic for her primary and secondary education.
After her secondary education, Passaris enrolled for Advanced Management Program course at Strathmore Business School in Nairobi.
She later studied for a Diploma in Law from the University of London.
She also holds a bachelors degree in Law from the University of Nairobi (UoN).
In 2017, Passaris graduated with a Master’s degree in International Business Administration from the United States International University (USIU).
Political pundits observe that Passaris will be among top female politicians who will shape the city politics in 2022.
