Former Machakos Senator Johnstone Muthama has dismissed a recent meeting of Ukambani leaders at State House.
Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka led other leaders from the region to the meeting that was held n Tuesday.
Muthama who spoke on Sunday at Kangundo town termed the meeting as pure Public Relation gimmick.
He further said that the meeting did not represent all Ukambani communities.
"After giving them an ultimatum that's when they visited State House. That is what is called PR in English, we want a full representation of the Kamba community not just locally but countrywide," said Muthama.
The vocal politician also cited that his ultimatum to Wiper leaders to decipher a way forward that will ensure the community is somewhere in the political world is almost over and if they have no plans then he will be forced to take over.
He observed that he will solely hold meetings, rallies and interviews that will oust Kalonzo in the political arena, sure enough, to secure him that second top seat if not the top one.
"Those Wiper leaders should stop localizing Kalonzo, they should sell his name to other communities so that when 2022 comes he will have enough muscle to transverse the country seeking votes," he said.
