Finger of God Pastor Joseph Hellon has narrated how he tried so many times to help former KTN news anchor Esther Arunga.
Speaking during an interview on NTV on Tuesday, pastor Hellon revealed that Arunga used to stay in his house and that was a hard person to convince.
“She was a stubborn person. If she took a certain angle in a particular matter it became very difficult to turn her around. This woman lived in my house all this time. So we had dinner together, we went to church together, we did so many things together. Even those media interviews you are talking about, we did them together and we discussed these things over and over again. My wife spoke to her very many times, she never listened,” he noted.
Pastor Hellon further revealed that he warned the former TV queen against her husband Quincy Wambitta Timberlake.
In December 2010, he recounts having a meeting with Esther, Quincy and his wife in his house. It was at this time that he confronted Quincy with evidence of his bad deeds. However, Arunga turned against him, blocked him and completely disconnected herself from him.
"I confronted Quincy with my evidence including some of the motherboards he to remove after conning people on the internet. The guy started shaking and even cried. But then that's the day Esther turned against me. Esther said oh so you have joined my parents. You know how she used to talk! Hellon I thought you were my friend, you have now turned against me. From that time onward she blocked me," he added.
On Monday, Esther Arunga appearing before a court in Australia, admitted she lied about the circumstances that led to the death of her child on June 18, 2014.
She stated that she did this to protect her husband, Quincy. She now faces up to 25 years in jail for obstructing a murder case against her husband.
