A furious Gor Mahia coach Dylan Kerr has told Simba SC to stay away from his players. Simba, who raided Gor Mahia for striker Meddie Kagere, have continued with their insatiable appetite by turning their eyes on midfielder Francis Kahata.
But a straight-talking Kerr never minced his word when he told Simba to keep off from Kahata whom he said is being affected by the transfer talks.
“Its (Simba interest) is affecting Francis (Kahata) and my players, Simba has no right to tap him,”
The Englishman, whose side surrendered a two-goal lead to draw with Rayon Sports in opening Group C match of Cecafa Kagame Cup, rubbished media reports that Gor Mahia is missing Kagere, who joined Simba last week.
“I never mentioned Meddie (Kagere) and we do NOT miss him!”Gor Mahia will take Lydia Ludic of Burundi on Tuesday in a must-win match.
