President Uhuru Kenyatta on Wednesday fired warning at his critics, insisting that he won't be moved as long as he's doing the right thing.

In a swipe targeting leaders allied to Deputy President William Ruto, Uhuru said that they are free to criticise his initiatives, adding that he remains unshakable.

According to Uhuru, he will continue serving Kenyans from all regions without favour, saying that he's ready to leave behind a good legacy.

"I'll be coming to launch more projects. The road from Isinya-Kiserian to Ngong is almost complete. I'll not stop them from talking. They have a right to do so," Uhuru said.

During his address are Suswa, Uhuru hinted plans to campaign for constitutional amendments, arguing that he is determined to achieve peace and stability.

The head of state backed Building Bridges Initiative team, adding that he will move a across the country to support recommendations that they will make for the sake of stability

"I'll however not take them (critics) serious. I'll not tire you with rhetoric. I'll come back soon with BBI. It's a journey to bring Kenyans together. If there is a legacy I want to leave, is that of elections without chaos."

The BBI team is set to handover the report to Uhuru and opposition leader Raila Odinga in coming days. There are signs that the document could be handed over in October 20th.

While Uhuru and Raila are ready to push for changes, Deputy President William Ruto has dismissed such a move, arguing that the country is not ready for a referendum.
