Speaking on Wednesday, Ogolla claimed the government, through its public officers, is leading the way in breaking the law and embracing crime.

He cited recent instances where senators have been seen appearing in court for corruption suspects, yet they are part of the government trying to fight the same graft menace.

According to Ogolla, the Jubilee government has proven its inability to wipe out crime in Kenya, and Kenyans should use their vote power to kick it out in the 2022 elections.

"We have a government that is competing with citizens breaking the law and you cannot cure that by over investing in the law. The only way to deal with it, is to vote this government out," he said on Citizen TV.

He hit out at Kenyans for making poor electoral decisions at the ballot, and blindly electing leaders without looking into their ability to deliver on their mandates.

He called for responsibility among Kenyans, terming them part of the problem and the main victims of their bad decisions.

"Kenyans should reflect the manner in which they elect their leaders. Its not enough to put in an administration knowing well that this administration will not deliver on their mandate and then you spend five years complaining, " he added.
