They pointed fingers to the dean of students Dr John Chebii for failure to take action concerning missing marks issue.

In the protest that took the better part of the day, the students complained that Dr Chebii has not been seen in the school compound for the last three weeks since the clearance for the students who are to graduate later in December.

“We have been frequenting the department and barely a month remaining to graduation, many students have not gotten their missing marks or some mysteriously misplaced in the department and since the dean kept quiet, graduation might be unpromising,” said Hope Edith, a student’s leader for special needs and students affairs.

The student also blamed the school management for failing to take a disciplinary step against reluctant lecturers who fail to attend classes claiming that some even attend twice per semester while they are expected to sit for exams.

Moi University graduation is scheduled for December 20th.
