WCB boss Diamond Platnumz has said that Harmonize was left out of the Muleba list because he had another performance.

Wasafi Festival was started in 2018 which involved the WCB artists taking their performances from one town to another. They also brought the performances to the country in December where they rocked in Mombasa and later in the capital, Nairobi.

Wasafi 2019 Festival kicked off with surprises with the 'Kwangwaru' hitmaker missing on the list that included other non-WCB artists, which sparked speculations that Harmonize was planning to quit the record label.

Performers were Ruby, Country Boy, Young Killer, Dulla Makabila, DJ Ommy Crazy, Lava Lava, Mboso, Queen Darleen and Diamond who spoke to the press after the performance saying that Harmonize could not feature due to other job-related stuff and not the quit rumours.

"We were not with Harmonize on this show because he had another show in Dar es Salaam which was cancelled in the last minute, so he could not join us because he was not prepared. (Show hii ya leo Harmonize hatukua naye, alitakiwa awe na show Dar es Salaam lakini wakati wa mwisho watu wakaja show ikawa cancelled dakika za mwisho, so kama mtu hajaandaliwa kuja kwa show haezi kuja tu lazima awe amejiandaa)," said Diamond in a YouTube video.

He added that WCB receives many bookings which is the reason why some artists skip the Wasafi Festival revealing that Mbosso will miss out on their Mwanza show because he will be in Mombasa, Kenya.
