There are breathing exercises you should work out to help you in managing stress anytime you are anxious, these are:

1. Alternate nostril breathing

This is whereby you press your thumb onto one of your nostrils and you inhale deeply, then press the other nostril and with your thumb and exhale.

2. Simple equal breathe

This is where by you inhale through your nose to a certain count and exhale in the same count as you increase the counts while you inhale.
