Speaking at Serena Hotel during a celebration to make a year since the handshake, Raila said that the head of state is determined to end the vice before he leaves office.

The ODM Leader noted that he fully supports Uhuru in the fight to make Kenya a better place before 2022.

He also said that he wants to leave a legacy.

“I celebrate the determination of Uhuru to win the war against corruption. Uhuru will be remembered for fighting corruption,” he said.

Raila also asked leaders not to interfere with the fight to end runaway graft.

He reminded leaders aligned to Deputy President William Ruto that he doesn’t want to kill Jubilee.

The remarks come at a time when he has been differing with Ruto over the alleged loss of Sh. 21 billion in the dam scandal. Raila asked Ruto to come clean on the saga before he can talk about his ambition.
