On Thursday August 2, Boniface Mwangi took to Twitter to offer some advice to the self-declared NRM-K leader Miguna Miguna. This is after a tweef between Miguna Miguna and ODM secretary general Edwin Sifuna.
The two legislators had exchanged words on Twitter the previous day after Raila’s interview on Citizen TV where the NASA leader told Citizen’s Hussein Mohammed that Miguna insulted him when he wanted to help him during his deportation.
After the war of word, Boniface Mwangi felt it was good if Miguna Miguna disappeared from social media.
“Comrade Miguna Miguna you have a way of making everyone your enemy by abusing them, sometimes even when you’re right, silence can be the best response. You can’t win alone. Take a break from social media and reflect. Aluta Continua!” wrote Boniface Mwangi.
However, this wasn’t received well with Canadian barrister and Kenyan lawyer Miguna Miguna who wrote back answering Boniface Mwangi.
“Mr Boniface Mwangi, I made a decision a long time ago that I won't allow thieves, murderers & scoundrels no matter how powerful or loud they may be to intimidate or threaten me into silence like @UKenyatta & @RailaOdinga are trying to do. I will never do it even if I'm alone,” he replied.
