Speaking on Sunday, he observed that most of the problems facing the country currently are as a result of their indifference and now wants them to make their stands.

He argued that yhe solutions to the nation's problems are in their hand and its upon them to either salvage the nation, observing that they are to blame for among others, the growing division.

"The 2 people who can help us out, Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto need to decide whether they are leading the county or not. They need to us tell us whether they are working or not, whether they are uniting the country or not," he said.

The commentator made the remarks during an interview on KTN's Inside Politics show on Sunday noon.

But the calls come amid apparent wrangles between the two leaders, with the President appearing to have isolated his deputy since his 2018 truce with former Premier Raila Odinga.

At the same time, Uhuru's allies have accused Ruto and team of engaging in early politicking, which they are arguing is frustrating Uhuru's ability to deliver in his development agenda.

On the other hand, Ruto's group has blamed the inclusion of Raila for the growing rivalry within the Jubilee Party, claiming that he is sowing discord to slow development rate.
