In an interview with NTV on Monday, Shollei said that there is no way two individuals can sit down and decide the fate of more than 40 million Kenyans.

She alluded that the recommendations in the report are not what Kenyans want but Raila and Uhuru’s school of thought about leadership of this nation. She also said that the process followed before the report was compiled is illegal.

“The BBI process is an illegality, it should never have happened. Two persons (Uhuru & Raila) cannot sit in Harambee House, come up with nine points and force them on us,” she said.

He also reminded the two leaders to ensure that the 2010 constitution is fully fulfilled before they can think of another referendum.

She termed the whole process as illegal and waste of time as well as the funds of the tax payers.

“BBI is not bringing any new issue, let's first implement the 2010 constitution," she added.

BBI team is set to present the report to President Uhuru before its release to the public.
