A young man from Langas estate in the outskirts of Eldoret town has landed in trouble for recording his neighbour in bedroom affair with his wife.
The man who has been identified as Japheth Kitur is reported to have set his mobile phone on the roof so as to record the steamy affair of his neighbour.
Geofry Oyiego, a tenant in the apartment said the man is used to recording his neighbours while between the sheets as they found many video clips of his neighbours in the sexual acts.
"When his mobile phone was found at midnight on the roof with the camera video on, the neighbour took it and alerted us," said Oyiego.
The tenants who were irritated by the act stormed Kitur's room and fished him out to face disciplinary action.
"We found him very frightened in his room and we couldn't withstand our anger, we disciplined him thoroughly to learn a lesson," said Marius, one of the tenants in the apartment.
Kitur is said to have asked for forgiveness and promised not to repeat such an immoral act. He alleged that he always admires his neighbours' bedroom act so he wanted to learn the sexual tricks.
Locals who had flocked the scene to witness the drama bust into laughter when the man said he admires his neighbours' bedroom tricks and wanted to copy them.
Kitur's mobile phone was later crashed into pieces by the angry tenants who also warned him against repeating such an act.
