On Monday October 15, embattled Citizen TV anchor Jacque Maribe and her fiancé Joseph Irungu appeared before the Kilimani Court in Nairobi to take a plea in the murder case against the slain Kilimani woman Monica Kimani.
Since her case started, Maribe’s close friends, Shix Kapyenga, Terryanne Chebet, Monica Kiragu and Kirigo Ngarua have not been captured in court during her case hearing.
However, Kambua Manundu, who is Citizen TV’s Kubamba presenter, took her time to show up in court during Maribe and Irungu’s case hearing.
As the case was ongoing, Kambua was spotted seated next to Inooro FM presenter Muthoni wa Mukiri.
A jovial Maribe was seen talking to a police officer.
However, her bail was postponed up to Wednesday October 17.
Lady Justice Jessie Lessit jointly judged Jacque Maribe and Jowie with the murder of Monica Kimanui.
Monica was killed in her apartment a few metres from Kibera on September 19, 2018.
