Mixed reactions as governor's wife donates underwears to school boys

Nyandarua County First Lady caused a stir on Friday after she bought underwears for boys in the county.

Ann Kimemia donated the underwears to pupils at Munyeki Primary school in her efforts to support the boy child.

Her move, however, to have the boys lift up the inner wears as her media team took shots did not, however, sit well with a section of Kenyans.

"How do you tell innocent kids to lift up underwears as if they are trophies, SMH" Jacinta Wanjiru posted.

The First Lady's handlers were forced to delete the photos from several social media group where they had posted them

"Some politicians will behave like they want to help when all they want is publicity," Generali Gathike wrote on Facebook.
