This comes only days after the DP said that just like their rivals, the ruling Jubilee Party will soon be calling for a meeting to iron out the openly showing differences among members.

However, according to Stage House Spokesperson Kanze Dena, nothing is such nature will be happening any time soon, as the president remains focused his delivery plan.

She says that party issues are completely political, which the president is very keen on avoiding.

"The question on Jubilee meeting is political. And like my boss has said before, we are not going to delve into political issues,” Dena said in a briefing at the StateHouse Tuesday, according to the Nation.

Ruto on Sunday assured the party members who have been calling for deliberations that the party will be convening it soon, at a time when a rift has been widening between them.

This is with regards to the emergence of the Tanga Tanga and Kieleweke groups which are divided between the two leaders and which have been fighting each other since early last year.

Uhuru has also been silent on the calls.
